Towing with a small Class C

It appears that most of the posts for towing a car are from Class A owners.

I would like to tow a Malibu (3100 lbs) with mu 24 foot Class C on a Chevy Express chassis.

Is this too much car for this Class C/

Thanks

Nick

The manufacturer should have a tow rating or a GCWr on the chassis for you motorhome.

I tow a Ford Focus behind our 25' Class C all the time, really the only time I can tell it's back there is when pulling a long grade. Granted, a Focus isn't as big as a Malibu, but I don't think you'd have any troubles with the right setup.

Phobos - what setup do you have? I have an '05 Winnie Aspect 26' Class C on a E450 V10 chassis and an '04 Ford Focus which I plan on setting up for towing. What works best for you?
