Roadtrek specs indicate a GCWR of 16,000# for the 190 built on a Chevy 3500 chassis and a maximum towing weight rating of 8100# with the usual footnotes limiting that rating to having only a driver, and reduced by the weight of any optional equipment, fuel, water, propane, cargo and/or passengers.
Take it to a scale fully loaded with everyone aboard and subtract that weight from the 16,000# rating.

In that case I would say "Not a prayer". But to find out for sure you need to get the GCWR and the actual loaded weight for the van and see if the difference between the two equals the weight of the trailer you want to tow.
Does the Versatile have a hitch receiver already installed? If so, it is most unlikely it is large enough for that size trailer. You would need a Class 4 receiver for that much weight.
