As per Remco Towing Products:

2011 Toyota Avalon Limited Front V6 3.5L cyl 6-Speed Automatic U660E
Notes

  • Please call Remco with Transmission Model Number of vehicle. Remco may have a Lube Pump Kit available for this vehicle, but we must make sure your vehicle has an approved Lube Pump Transmission. You can locate the Model Number of the Transmission in your vehicle by finding one of the stickers on the inside of Driver's side door marked "A/TM". Call Remco with the numbers listed after the "A/TM" and we will research the Transmission to determine if we have a kit available for your vehicle.
  • Vehicle can be flat towed with Lube Pump Kit. Vehicle cannot be flat towed from Manufacturer as is.
  • No Base Plate available from Blue Ox for this vehicle. May be Custom Application.

The big problem your going to have is none of the towing equipment manufacturers makes a baseplate for the Avalon.

When I talked to Toyota about towing a Tacoma with a manual transmission they said they don't recommend towing any of their vehicles 4 down.

There must be another thread going on this because what lllkrob answered is word for word what I answered far earlier except for I added that it was the same for the base model.
