greg-1,
First off, I'm assuming you're planning on towing this enclosed trailer WITHOUT the 2500 truck, correct? Otherwise, if you're planning on towing the truck and, the 21' trailer, your length would attract every LEO on both sides of the Mississippi.

But, as for the enclosed thing, it's a great way to go. Anything and everything inside that trailer stays very clean as you travel down the road. I've done it and I like it but, it does not allow for us to have a toad too. We hauled a GL1800 Honda Gold wing in one, along with another small trailer for the bike. Everything remained really clean and secure.

As for wind, to us, it's not a concern. It's a given. Based on your signature and pic in the avatar, I'm pretty sure your rig will handle it. Good luck.

Plus is you can backup and the toad and golf cart stay clean. Quicker hookup of trailer. No aux brakes to buy for toad.

Minus is the weight and loss of fuel mileage and where to store the trailer when you get there. Also added maintenance, registration and insurance.

I tow a 24' and the wind is no worse than the when you pass trucks. It does move a little bit extra from not towing anything.

If you can get a trailer with a 5' tongue it really helps to eliminate jackknife damage to the MH or trailer.

If you want it to match, look into getting the trailer wrapped with vinyl. Custom painted trailers are all but impossible to sell.
White looks great behind anything. IMHO

Many places I have been do not allow you to leave a trailer or dolly on the site. May want to check some places you go.
