Park, assuming you are talking about a front wheel drive vehicle.

Our front wheel drive VW Passat is in Park! I don't want it to move at all on the dolly.

The smiley's are throwing me...real question or a tease?

I say dolly users unite! The dark forces of the flat tow crowd will tell you how dumb we are to use a dolly, but for obvious reasons a dolly is the only way for many of us.

And a tandem dolly adds an additional level of useability to the mix. The only tandem dolly that I know of that is mass produced is the Landgrebe: Landgrebe Manufacturing: Specifications TD 40 101 with Motorcycle Carrier
But, many smaller companies make tandem dollies too.

If I didn't have a Class A Toyhauler, I would have a tandem dolly...light weight, but big enough for taking your toys along

Best luck

Update;

Pulled the dolly 325 miles yesterday, every-time I checked it the wheels were tight against the front winch bar. I got one side to "click" one time with my 18" 1 1/8 hitch ball wrench, this was after 200+ miles. I'm happy!

One more click and the rear wheels would have come off the ground.

Got back today from a 5 day stay just North of Key West. Real happy with the dolly and the Kia. Pulled really well and stopped great (surge brakes). sure is nice to have a car available to get around the area.
