US Gear Tow Brake Controller Install

There is an unused 6 pin electrical connector just forward of the steering wheel on my 1997 F53. It is on 5 wires coming out of a large chassis wiring bundle. The wires are red (hot), white (ground), green (brake switch), black (ground) and blue (?). Is this a connection provided by Ford for a tow vehicle brake controller or similar function? Do I have the functions identified correctly? Someone said the blue wire runs back to the tow electrical connector. If so, I haven't found it.

I'm about to connect my US Gear D-Celerator Controller. Does anyone know where accurate F53 electrical schematics can be found? I have some labeled as 1997 F53 but they don't have this connector listed.

Any and all help will be appreciated.
