I am looking at a US Gear Unified Tow Break. It looks good but I have never heard of them and am wondering if anyone out there could give me some feed back on this product.

I have heard very good things about these, and many coaches come pre-wired for them. If you got to US gears website you will find out if yours is.

We have had ours for three years and no problems. I did the install myself on one car Suzuki X-l7. but had it moved to another by an installer. Lots of work to get it working, but most of the permanent mounts are the same way.

We've had it for 5 years -- 3 on our last rig and moved it to our current rig.

Works great, easy set-up-n-forget it. Definitely woudl do it again.

I had this system installed on my 08 Honda CRV this past April and am very satisfied with it's performance. The set up time to tow is about 2 minutes or less, the time it takes to connect the power cable and break away switch ... very straight forward and simple.

I can definitely tell the difference in overall braking performance with this system, both in town and on the highway. It makes me feel very comfortable descending from Eisenhower Tunnel and Vail Pass on I-70 in Colorado.
