V-nose or flat

Need experienced opinions. I am going to have an ATC enclosed trailer built for Jeep Rubicon and Harley Ultra Glide.
The jeep is 16 feet front to back and the Harley is just over 8' long.
I was over to the ATC trailer dealer and we built 2 trailers that will work. One is a 8.5 X24 Flat nose with a 55" front door ramp for the bike and a car ramp for the front. This trailer will have the extended front hitch for close turns, total length is 29 feet.
The 2nd trailer is 22' with a 6' V nose with a large ramp door. every thing else is the same. total length is 29' 6".
My question is which would be the better trailer for turning sharp turns? and jackknifing the tong before contacting the coach?

I'm certain, as long as the flat front trailer has an extended tongue, either would work fine in a sharp turn.
