Go to www.remcoindustries.com for your answer on towing. My quick look says 2015 Mini's with auto transmissions have to be use a tow.dolly. YMMV.
Good luck, good health and safe travels!

My Mini is not towable 4 down. However, that is not all bad since elevating the front of the Mini by putting on a dolly seems to have prevented damage caused by debris being thrown into the Mini.

Just being curious.......
Does it by chance have an additional pump (or evidence of) under the hood to "run" the tranny while towed 4-down?
Might explain the 4-down tow bar setup.

Countryfit.......I don't understand your comment?
These pics are on the driver's side...albeit, the 2nd needs to be rotated. On the passenger side, it's a mirror image.

....and I don't see any kind of pump for the tranny.
