RoadMaster All Terrain aluminum (don't remember the model, but it is the best they have) and the SMI Air Force One braking system. I used all RoadMaster parts to directly wire the towed's lights. RoadMaster's installation instructions are great. I have installed three systems myself. Worse case, I had to drill two 1/2 inch holes.

Putting a Blue Ox on a Fiat Sport w/ Brake Buddy. Your L (lounge) and the Pop require one plate and the Sport and Abarth require a bigger face plate. Has to do with the turbo.

Just in the process of setting up my Wrangler. Blue Ox baseplate and aluminum tow bar, and RVibrake. Haven't towed with it yet.
With the Liberty I have the Ready Brake. It works well after installation, but a little more work to install

We tow a 2009 Jeep Liberty all four down behind our QSDP using a Blue Ox Aventa LX 10,000# tow bar, safety cables and Base Plate. The Receiver and Base Plate pins are lockable. The stand-alone Bulb and Socket wiring kit is independent from the Jeep electrical system. We are using a US Gear UTB-1000 Unified Tow Brake System, with a breakaway cable. We have a charge line running from the coach to the toad via the brake/light system umbilical cord.
After almost 5 years of seasonal service, we are pleased with the performance!

Towing system
I purchased from three places, Craig's list, Amazon and a person off the Yahoo forum a complete towing system for $700. I got the aluminum Blue Ox bar, Blue Ox base plate for Honda Fit and the SMI Stay In Play braking system. all in excellent shape, The base plate was new. Installed it myself, Took about 10 hours over a couple days. Chris

Blue Ox Aventa here too with an RViBrake.
You mention bikes, if you mean bicycles, we have a hitch extender with double received and the bike rack attaches to the top receiver with the Blue Ox in the lower.

Are you absolutely sure you can tow the Fiat 4 down? Don't trust the sales person to be knowledgeable. Ask to see the manufacturers specification book. It should tell you whether or not it can be towed 4 down. A friend of ours has a Fiat that has to be towed on a dolly. They use a Roadmaster 2000-1 dolly.
So far everyone who has responded either tows a different vehicle ore doesn't show what they're towing in their signature. Be absolutely sure it can be towed 4 down before buying any towing equipment.
