What to look for in a used Roadmaster Blackhawk 2

I'm going to look at a used Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain tow bar tomorrow. He said the shaft bushings are a little worn. What else should I look for as far as wear and tear is concerned? Also, is it difficult or expensive to replace these?

Replaced mine on a Roadmaster Sterling Tow bar. Easy to do. Look on YouTube for video beforehand. Cost was around $40.00 or so

See if it was lubed. Dry joints wear faster.
Check all joints for looseness. Does it release easily.
Shafts not bent. Looseness on bushings.
Not rusty, meaning it was cared for?

I went ahead and picked it up. There doesn't appear to be any damage, rust or abnormal wear just some looseness in the joints but I think the rebuild kit should take of that.
