What tow bar to buy?

We have a 2000 National Seabreeze and will be flat towing a 1997 GMC Sonoma (Manuel). We are just not sure as to what tow bar to look for and the price range is unreal. We have never towed a vehicle behind our motorhome. What are some things to look for? What are the do's and don'ts?
Do you spend a lot of money for a tow bar or are the cheaper ones just as good? Your help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Our coach came with a Blue OX Aladdin tow bar. It also had the system installed for the Air Force One brakes. I bought the base plate assy for our Honda CRV and the Air Force One kit for the car. I'm very impressed with this set up.

Just remember you can't back up with any tow bar systems.
