Demco Commander and Brake Buddy used on two toads for approximately a combined 24,000 miles with no problems.

Blue Ox Avent 10,000 lb and the Patriot brake. Good so far.

Started with Blue Ox Aladdin and Roadmaster Even Brake. They both failed and now I have Blue Ox Aventa and SMI Stay-n-Play.

I don't think there is a "best". Different options for differnt needs.
A poll is probably a better answer to your question:

Tow Bar Poll

I'm new to this game but I went with the Blue Ox Aventa LX, the M&G Engineering brake system, and connect to a rock hard aluminum bumper with the Blue Ox tow bar adapters. I'm towing a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The tow bar is more than twice what I needed, but I figured if I ever needed to switch to a heavier tow vehicle I already have the tow bar I need.

I've only towed the jeep three times so far but I like being able to unhook it in less than 5 minutes. Hooking it up is about the same, maybe a little faster once I get more practice.

On one trip my Wife wanted to swing through Walmart and a couple of other stores to grab some things on our way home. Traffic was heavy over Labor Day weekend and I didn't want to take a chance on getting in a bind with the coach so we pulled into a safe parking lot, unhitched the Jeep and made our shopping run. We drove back to the coach and got more familiar with the hooking up procedure.

It was actually fun and educational too!
