Hi mlp911,
The best weighing is by wheel position. If that is not possible, a weight by axle is a good start. Truck stops have scales that weigh by axle. In addition, some truck stop scales are position level with the ground. This means you can put the coach and toad on the scale and weight by axle. Then drive around and put only the left or right side on the scale. With the two weights, you can determine the weight by wheel position. Lastly, many large rallies have vendors that will weigh a coach and toad by wheel position. Good Sam and FMCA are two organizations where these vendors may be.
