Which tow bar base plate is this? (photo)

There is a Toyota Highlander at a local car lot and it has this base plate on it.
Just wondering what kind it is. thanks

Looks like a Blue Ox to me, although RoadMaster does make one called the "Easy Twistlock" that looks like that too. The RoadMaster picture doesn't really show a close up.

Pretty sure that's a Blue Ox as the RoadMaster appears to have a lock in the side. So does the Blue Ox but it's different!

I think it is Blue ox also. with that lead I did more research and came up with this part number and a video.
So I would need a tow bar and the adapters (silver) and the Highlander of course.

I agree the base plate looks like Blue Ox. You need removable tabs available HERE. Tabs lock into the round sockets with a 1/4 turn. Safety cables attach to the tongues with the round holes. Tabs are available in 2 lengths according to which base plate your vehicle uses. Look up your vehicle on the RV Upgrades or Blue Ox website to get, or call Blue Ox directly to find out the correct length.

It is our goal and pleasure to assist in any way we can regarding our Blue Ox product line.

It is a Blue Ox baseplate. It needs the removable tabs, in order to get those we would need to know the year of the vehicle to ID which baseplate.

You are welcome to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-228-9289
24 hours a day/7 days a week. They will assist in gathering the correct information pertaining to your vehicle.
