Who bought remco?

I read on here remco was bought by another company I think but for the life of me can't remember the company name and have search the boards to no avail. Anyone with a better memory? TIA!

The original Remco Towing was split and there are two companies now: Remco Industries for the tranny lube pump business and Remco Driveshaft Couplings

Remco DriveShaft Coupling
