Who keeps their rear view camera...

...on the whole time they are towing the toad ?

It comes on when I crank up and goes off when I shut down. Why would you not keep it on.

Ours is always on and we don't tow anything. (Except when the side cams activate with the turn signals...)

I only turn it on intermittently. concerned I may spend too much time looking at where I've been instead of where I'm going.

I can see the back of my toad and both lanes each side so it makes it easy when changing lanes. I also have mine on a switch so even when parked I can access the camera. Always on when driving.

Mine shows on the Aladdin so I installed a second wireless observation cam ( because I already owned one) that I can leave on all the time and still monitor my engine stats while driving
