I bought a Kar Kaddy w/surge brakes. My mo-ho has a six plug the Kaddy has flat four. Got a 6-4 converter
Now the problem, I want to use a light bar on the toad, but can't plug them both into the same plug. I've looked all over for a flat four splitter, so I could plug them both in. I don't want to splice. Any Help would be appreciated.

I'd plug the light bar in for the vehicle and forget about the Kar Kaddy lights, they're low on the fenders and not at the end of your toad where lights should be anyway. JMHO.

I didn't think that was a legal option.
I'll check it out. Thanks

I have an older Southwind. Some one has wired in two of the 4-way flat conectors. Works fine for both my dolly and option lights.

All those lights may be too much of a load for your lighting circuits. You may want to go to LEDs. LEDs require less current than incadescent.

To be legal you have to have the lights operating on the dolly.

Why do you want redundant lighting on the car???

I was under the impression that you had to have lights on the car besides the dolly. Either the car had to be wired or a light bar.
And I was going with a led light bar, and the dolly is led.

Wayne,

It wouldn't be too hard to make up an adapter with two flat four car ends and a flat four trailer end. Just buy the ends you need, solder the connections, insulate them well and it's done. That way none of the Kar Kaddy's wiring will have any splices nor would there be any in the light bar.

If you don't have the skills I'll be happy to make one up for you if you'll pay for the materials and the shipping to send it to you in Michigan.

By the way, are y'all planning to attend our 6th annual National Rally to be held in the Smokey Mountains in July?

That would be great! I'm not much when it comes to stuff like that.
E-mail me a quote on the approximate cost with shipping. If I can't work out any thing else I'll be happy to take you up on the offer.
