Wrangler with Air Force One pictures

I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler, anyone that has SMI Air Force One installed can you tell me where they installed it under the hood. If you have a photo that would get great.

Thanks,

Marc

It's raining right now or I'd go grab you a photo, but...

Basically the control box is suspended by plastic ties from where ever they could find a solid support.

Mine is mounted in the bumper where a winch would go. This is the best pic I have.

Thanks for the idea. I was thinking about putting an aftermarket bumper with a winch so that won't work.

The only reason I knew they were there is I am will be getting a Wrangler, and trying to decide what to use for brakes, what I have, or go to something permanent. I called them and they let me know it was there. I probably would not have found or known about those pics.

FlaRider we have a 2014 WanglerUnlimited Sahara with the AF1 mounted to an aluminum bracket I custom made to mount off the drivers side inner fender ledge so the AF1 sits 1/2" above all the ABS piping. If someone can coach me on how to post a photo here I will show you our install. The install is safer than the factory "zip tie" approach, and will protect the ABS piping in the event of vibration or a collision.

Thanks, sounds like a good idea. Agree less chance of chafing of the hoses.
