When the MH headlights are on the toad's lights fail to respond. When the MH headlights are off the toads lights respond. What's the solution?

Wire it properly.

Seriously, you don't provide much info on your wiring setup but obviously you've got something wrong. Are you using a pre-made harness (cooltech, etc), diodes, etc.?

I'd suggest checking each pin on the MH with a meter or test light, then do the same with the Jeep end. Check the wire you are using between the two. Check to make sure the ground from the MH is connected a good ground on the Jeep.

Thanks for the response. I have the cool tech harness. I'll be checking the complete wiring system when I get home. I'm only driving during the day so I'm good.

The cooltech simplifies things. Do the meter test on each end and you'll find the errant connection.
