If you look carefully, there is a gap between the pickup and MH. Can't see enough, but my guess is a short tow rope/strap, and the pickup is pulling the MH. No tow bar.

I think the Motorhome is pushing the truck. My rear view camera does not work, so I can't see the toad. This would resolve that problem. (-:
