HWH Jacks Do Not Extend

The signature coach has HWH 325 Series, model AP9517 manual leveling jacks. Ignition key is in the ACC position. Power on light on the HWH panel is on solid when the on button is pressed. None of the jacks will extend when the extend button is pressed for any jack. The power on light blinks when any of the jack extend buttons are pressed. When the parking brake is released, the Not In Park/Brake warning light blinks. When the parking brake is engaged, the warning light goes out. It's getting dark here and I'll be calling HWH tomorrow morning. Until then anybody got a clue as to what I can do before I call them? They are on central time so the sun will be up here long before they get to work.
thanks,

If you haven't done this already, try resetting your parking brake.

Hi Spike,
I did that already. I had to level the coach with boards to keep the refer running. It's been moved back and forth several times, reseting the parking brake each time.

Hi Gary

You say the Red light blinks when the jack extend is pushed could this indicate a ground issue or a low battery/power issue???

I had to replace the touch pad on mine when the Store button would not respond or at the best intermittently.

Good Luck
Rick

Gary

Another idea, Remove the touch pad and disconnect and reconnect the Plug/Wire. This worked for me when I was having the 'Store' problems.

Hi Rick,
The batts are fine. Power from them is 12.5 VDC. I'll try the touch pad removal first thing in the morning.

Hi cmapwizard,
Welcome to iRV2. My HWH system does not have levers. I have a control panel with buttons for all jack system operations.

HWH has lots of documentation on their website and may have a key to the LEDs on the motherboard that can diagnose your issue (they have such a key for the 625 series on my coach). Their indexing isn't as user friendly as I'd like, but if you assume the document is there and stick with it, I think you'll find what you need.
This might be the one: http://www.hwhcorp.com/ml35671.pdf
Otherwise keep poking around in their Support sections. Good luck.

Hi EngineerMike,
I printed the pages in the link you supplied. I will try this in the morning. I've been on the HWH site and could not find anything like this. I've missed the path to this document, big time. Now comes the hard part, finding where the control box is located.

Gary

The control Box is on the Passenger side, in the front, to the right of the Generator, behind the Selenoids that control the Jacks

HWH 325 series will be in Quick Tip's. Sorry about that.
Gary do you have multiple white ground wires off solenoids to a common ground point and are they OK.?
