We have an Apollo mw convection oven that went up in flames. Can't figure out how to remove it. Help.... .

I also have a 2007 Jamboree G Tthat had the same problem. I found this video on youtube and after viewing it I decided to let my RV repair tech to do it for the $75 he charged; a lot easier, LOL.
