1973 Winnebago Brave wont start

The vehicle has been running great!
Removed Generator and Fridge to make room for new ones.
Vehicle turns over, but won't start.
Replaced: ECM, Coil, Distributor, Starter Relay, Ballast Resistor.
This Model has an MSD 8782 timing control unit installed after market.

Any ideas?

With the parts you show as changed was this after it would not start and you just started throwing parts at it? Does it even catch like it is trying to start? As with any vehicle verify spark, engine getting fuel/plugs wet? Probably not fuel injected, have you given it a shot of starting fluid? When you removed the generator is it possible you opened up a fuel line so it is only sucking air?

Air-Fuel-Spark. You need all three, at the right time and quantity. Start basic troubleshooting: do you have spark when cranking? do you have fuel? When you changed the ignition components did you move distributor and change timing?

My guess is you have timing wrong or no spark. That is the majority of what you changed out , so start with that area.
