1985 Minnie Winnie - no water!

Just bought an '85 Minnie Winnie, 20 ft. When the bypass is on, we have water out of the hot side. We have nothing out of the cold water side, no matter what we do. We can't find any documentation that tells us how to set the valves properly.

???? Are you hooked up to a city water supply, so the water pressure in your supply line, allows you to get water, when you turn on your faucets , or are you running off your onboard fresh water tank, in which case you have to turn on your water pump, to pressurize your system, to allow water to the faucets?
