Does anyone know where I can find any literature on this new-to-me motorhome? I am most interested in the tank capacities, especially the gasoline. The gage shows "empty" when it will take only 23 gallons. That would mean only 184 miles between fills. In the past I have rented this size motorhome and have been in places in Nevada and Arizona where it was further than that to the next gas station.

Does it possibly have dual tanks? 23 on the second tank, if on the 350 chassis, would be about right, with the primary being another 25-30

Nhytefall - I don't think it has two tanks. The r/v yard where I bought it didn't say anything about it and there's only one fill opening. But if 23 gallons is the total I may investigate having another tank installed. There seems to be adequate space underneath.

I suggest you check the other thread you started with the same question, in the Ford Motor Home Chassis section of this forum. It looks like someone answered your question at 7:32 this AM.

I crawled under the R/V and measured the tank. They were rough measurements because the edges were rounded and I estimated by eye where the edge would be if the tank had sharp edges and the same volume. I got 57"x22"x9". Calculated out that was 6.5 cubic feet = 48 gallons. Unless the tank is double walled I take the capacity as 48 gallons. So the gage is off because when the tank read "empty" it only took 23 gallons.

While I was under the R/V I also measured, roughly, the propane tank. Calculating the same way the capacity was 23.9 gallons.
