For starters, LD motorbikes are one of only three Class C rigs rated five stars in safety, just FYI. Have you seen photos of the rig inside & out? is it exactly the layout you want? The amount of miles is good; too many means lots of wear & tear, but too few miles means you'll have dried out seals-the important ones, like engine & transmission seals! What length is it? Is everything original, or have there been upgrades like removing the carpeting & installing Pergo flooring? Is it the original owner, or have many other people owned it? Have they had kids/pets? Do they have all the receipts for mechanical repairs? $6,500 is a good price, but as someone else mentioned, if you're new at this, it's worth spending the $100 or so for an rv tech (to go through the house-specific things: LP system, swamp cooler/rooftop AC, plumbing, etc) & also another $ to have a mechanic go through & make sure your engine compression, brakes, cooling system, tranny, etc are all good. I've been full timing 12 years, first in a piece o crap Dodge Brougham, then in a 1981 Lazy Daze, & now in my '87 Lazy Daze. good luck!
