Looks well cared for, if all systems are in good order. I bought my 31' Minnie for $22k a year ago, with 40k miles. There is a Kelly Blue Book for RV's, if you can find it on line. $28k sounds a little on the high side.

As another point of reference, we paid $27.5K for a 2003 Tioga 31W sl with 10K miles on it two years ago. But it had no rear view camera or awning. I'd say if you can drop the price to about $24K and all else checks out you have a fair deal.

looks like we are going to have to pass on this one.
it only has one bed + the dinette "convert to bed" option. We will probably travel with three people all the time and need the bed over the cab or at least a couch that converts. This has a chair in place of a couch.

I bought a 2004 31' Jayco with 21,000 miles on it last May for $31k.
Check out RVTrader.com. It will give you a good idea of relative asking prices.
The original asking price on our 2004 was $35k. http://www.rvtrader.com
