2002 Minnie Winnie DigiSync 12 flash error code

I have a 2002 31' Winnebago Minnie Winnie with a Kwikee DigiSync room slide system (Kwikee # 1422193). The DigiSync system flashes an error code of 12 flashes announcing that there is no encoding signal coming from the rear slide motor. I removed the units, finding that the coupling shaft on the rear encoder is broken with signs of binding on the shaft. there are no part numbers on either encoder and was wondering if anyone can help me identify them or where can I get one. Attached are photograph 1) front view of the encoder still in place, 2) bottom view, in relationship to the slide motor, and 3) both actuators removed and opened.

I believe I have the same unit. Go online and download the parts manual for your unit. Have the serial number ready, one for chassis is used for cabin too! Also, look for closest authorized dealer.

Thanks, Jay111. I DID find it in the parts catalog. Kwikee wanted $278 and camping world offered it at $259 with my member's discount PLUS installation. I found it from a Winnebago parts place for $158, more than likely refurbished, but I installed it and it works fine. Thanks, again for answering, though.

I'd like to join in here and, knowing very little of these units (I have a 2002 Minnie 31ft with the Kwiki Digisync system, screw type). It stopped working to some degree.
Can I ask where does the error code flash? is that on the panel? and where did you find the legend for the flashes?
Just got back from holidays and will be going under tomorrow, any help you could give would be great.
Thanks, Geo.

Geo,

I would expect it to show on the control board. John could better answer this.

Just to let everybody know...Yup counted the flashes on the control board, no signal from rear encoder. Replaced it and now the slide works. My encoder seemed much smaller than Hamneggy, and was only 68 bucks.
Thanks for all your help guys. Geo.
