Unhappy 2003 gulf stream ultra supreme electrical isues

I have a 2003 gulf stream ultra supreme and I am having issues with the stairs operating properly and i need to be plugged in to shore power and generator running for slideout to operate properly. Help

I'm guessing both of those systems are on the same battery group. Check the health of your batteries, make sure the Battery Shut Off switches are both 'OH' and working. If that doesn't solve the issue, you might remove and clean each battery cable connection and ground connection. Do it one at a time to make sure they all go back in the same place.

Check the battery voltage while trying to extend the steps. Also lub all the moving parts on the steps to reduce friction.
