The Type is a Class C motor home but the model looks to be a Four Winds Majestic 23P which has the pickup cab as opposed to the Four Winds Majestic 23A which is the E-350 Van Cab.

Joe, Looks like a nice RV and probably a lot more comfortable to drive than the van fronts. Only thing that might be considered a downside would be you can't walk from the cab to the back you have to go around to the door. I had a E450 chassis on my first RV and the cab area is dead space which had a cloth curtain to keep the heat that came through the front windshield from coming in the back. Not really effective. It looks like on the 23P there is a pass through window that you can close which is nice.

Here is where I found the model descriptions - New and Used Four Winds Majestic 23P - Motorhome RVs for Sale - RVTrader.com

Congrats Joe! I have a Four Winds Majestic 23A, which was based on the Ford Econoline E350 chassis. These were former Cruise America rentals. I've had mine for 3 years now and have put 6K miles on it with no major issues. Enjoy!
