if its GM and the ecm for the bord is good its self then go to a you pull it junk yard and pull and move the parts to make yours good again

if not there is a place here in FL there well reprogram it for free to the right miles down in tampa .. thats if you are any where around here

Check cluster connectors for corrosion and any ground wires you can find bolted to the chassis and make sure they are tight first.

alternator was overcharging 17.5 volts replaced alternator
