2006 Itasca Navion Sway Bar

Bought used and have question-was going to buy helwig sway bar but looks like it has one already-does it come with sway bar when purchased new or has previous owner put one on-if stock is helwig better

The Hellwig anti-sway bar is a replacement for the original equipment anti-sway bar. The Hellwig has a larger diameter.
