I just purchased a 2006 Fleetwood Tioga 26Q this year (E450/V10). Had 17,000 original miles also. Was stored inside so it was in excellent shape.

First, check for water damage. If it's had leaks I'd pass.

Check and run the generator. 14 hours is low for that year. The need to be run regularly. Low hours and low miles is not always a plus. Sitting unused is not good. Even if we aren't camping I drive mine at least once a week and run the generator at least twice a month for a half hour.

Also check the date code on the tires. Tread is not as important as age. Anything over six years consider replacing. Michelin had a recall so if the date codes fall within the range they will replace the tires for free. I got a new set for ours in April at no cost. Here's the recall info: Michelin recall

Genny hours are low. RV needs tires because of age and non use.

I purchased a 2007 winnebago outlook with 17,000 miles last year. We love her. I have had the following minor but costly issues:

Awning slightly dried out and needed replacing
Generator gaskets dried out and needed replacing
Tires needed replacing
Water filter under the sink needed replacing
Table top had a few minor cracks and needed to be resurfaced
Anchor plug was bent oddly from sitting too long and needed replacing
I cleaned the refrigerator vent and heater/AC filters
And the obvious mechanical filters and flushing of the systems

Outside of those items, she is a gem
