2008 Dynamax340 xl vs 2016 Dutch Star 4018

We are considering upgrading our 2008 Dynaquest 340XL Super C to a 2016 Dutch Star 4018. What kind of differences in ride, handling, and maintainability would we face if we do this? We currently tow a Silverado crew cab pickup with a Blue Ox Avail towbar. Any other issues we should consider?

You need to take a very long drive in it. Check turning radius. I will not say it is a bad driving experience but very, very, very different from what you have.
I sold a similar unit on the M2 chassis. I went and test drove an exact same 4018 you mentioned. One of our biggest dislikes and decision to not buy the 4018 was do to the total lack of usage while the slides are closed. It is a great floorplan when open but downright dangerous to walk thru with slides closed tripping over the 4" high slides.
I am really still on the fence over Super C or DP. All other things equal I would take the truck over the DP any day.
Good Luck
