2013 Leprechaun 319DS

I have a 2013 Leprechaun 319DS and I am having an issue with the front end. It has 12,500 miles on it. I went to have the tires rotated this weekend and the two front tires were bald on the inside edges. I have attached a picture. I was not expecting this and the Morale Officer is none to happy about this. I have been given separate statements on the issue. One is that being a twin I beam suspension I have to live with this. The other statement was that the the toe is severely off from 1-2 inches. I could use some input prior to taking it in for front end work or realignment. It was realigned within the first three months after I first took possession with of the unit. Thank you in advance for any input provided.

Are there any indications of an issue? Like the wheels pulling, air pressure correct, how about bearings and other support. If you stand back does the rig look level or does it lean to one side?

I would start with a full alignment if possible with some new tires or flip the tires so the bald spots on the outside and see what happens.

Good Luck..

I experienced the same issue. I got my issue as a warranty matter. The front end was out of alignment. While having the issue check, we discovered the front end required alignment. In this chassis there are of set bushings that required replacement.

Hope this helps.

The pictures indicate that it is out of alignment. It is toed out rather than slightly toed in as specified. I would take it to an alignment shop that is familiar with rvs so they will be familiar with the 5 degree castor settings which are also recommended.
