2015 pleasureway tv

I have a friend with a 2015 pleasure way. He cannot figure out how to remove the small tv in it. I'm not there, anyone here ever seen a mount you cannot get behind at all?

Can we assume it's a flat screen .

If it is I have two mounts that you can't really get behind .
One , about 4 years old has a sliding lock bar that has to be removed , before the TV can be lifted for removal .
Second ,installed by PO, in the coach when purchased so at least 10+ years old has shoulder bolts in the wall and teardrop slots in the mount that wedge onto the shoulder bolt , has to be raised ( in the case of this one, considerable force required) 3/4" then TV and mount pull straight off the wall.

He's out of warranty, presumably, so why not ask PW? They still exist, and generally get great reviews for customer service.

With so many of these sorts of hardware questions, it puzzles me why more people don't consult the manufacturers first, as it takes the same amount of keystrokes to ask the people who should/would know the answers, versus those on public chat forums who will usually just speculate.

Thanks , I think it's the drop in wedge, phillips makes a half moon track with a few slots in it. The tv drops in then rotates and settles at level. I think he would have detected some movement in that type though. Can't be the lock bar, there is no room behind the set for it to come out of. Yes, 2015 would be a flat screen.
