3 Valve V10

Do the new 2017 E450 Fords have the 3 valves cylinder heads that the class A's have?

Not unless they re designed the front end. The 3 valve is reported to be significantly wider than the 2.

I have an 05 and the newer ones have a totally redesigned front end

I believe it was the 2008 model year when Ford redesigned the E series. The 3 valve V10 does not fit in the new design either.
