What year, make and model of class C do you have? What make and model is the air conditioner? Have you check the circuit breaker panel to be sure a breaker is not tripped? Do the lights work on the camper. You will need both 120 volts ac and 12 volt DC unless you have mechanical switches on the face of the air cond. Lets see if we can help you get the unit running and then we will address the leaking issue.

You will need to veriufy that you have both 120 vac at the unit's junction box and that you have 12 volt control voltages at the unit if it has a T'stat. Drop the ceiling assmy to do this.
