The easy way to find a cost is to call your local Camping World and a few RV dealers.

We had it done in 1999, so it would not be very helpful. It will vary a bit according to the local labor rates.

Wow it's been a year and this thread is still going! i'm still using ramps and will untill DW is done with kitchen mods! Scotty.
