adjusting onan 4000 for elevation changes

just went up and down from sea level to 9500+ in a weekend - is there an easier way to adjust the mixture besides opening the green cover and turning the screw hidden under it?

None that I can think of... my gen set is pretty accessible, so it takes all of 2 minutes, if that, to make the adjustment. Remove the faceplate, turn the knob and put the faceplate back on...

My Onan 4000 Genset is touchy. I call her Jenny since she is high maintenance. What I mean by that is on the same day at the same level I may have to adjust the elevation from 10000 to 5000 and any where in between everytime I restart Jenny. But as far as the elevation changes go there is no easier (it's already easy) to change the elevation.
