I have a 2006 Holiday Rambler Class C, 31', and was wondering what the rest of you are using as a pressure in your air bag system for the chasis.

I didn't think the E450 had air bags as a standard part of the suspension. Are these air bags a feature of the HR Atlantis?
I'm adding a shortcut to this inquiry in the Monaco Owners forum to improve the chances of another Atlantis owner seeing it.

I don't know if they have them on other Class C, but the Holiday Atlantis has them, and seem to really change the ride when loaded. I have been running 50psi, but wondered if anyone had other thoughts on it.

have them on my 31h winnie. Last week going to the mountains fully loaded I ran 70lbs.

When we had the 31A Minnie Winnie we ran about 35psig in the rear as well as the front air springs. Just enough to give some extra support.
My thought on running 50 psig or more is that you are probably over loaded. With full fuel, loaded for a week on the road, 1/4 tank of fresh water, empty waste tanks, we weighed right at 13,950#, just 100# under the chassis rating of 14,050#. This was on a 31' C with NO slides, but we did have HWH levelers.

When we had our 31' Minnie, I tried various settings from 40 psi. up to 80 psi. and finally settled on 50 psi like you. It's just a matter of what works for you. If I remember correctly, you should NOT let the air bags get below 20 and no more than 100 psi.

I have them on our 2008 E-450. Firestone in the rear. I have been running about 45 psi.
