Allegro 23 c

I've had my allegro class c for almost a year. I can tell it used to be a leaker .
It has stains in edged of cupboards and closets. and antenna shaft,The ceiling was repainted bright white.
It is a 1991 chevy p30 suspension under a class c body,I found this out when replacing gear box ,polly sway-bar links and bushings, brake hose, pads, rotors, caliper and hardware for both sides. I was lucky rears are just 40% worn. It has 98k with a 7.4 gas motor, and a jasper rebuilt t400 trans. rating is 12.5k and weighs in at station loaded w/water(40gal) and gas (35gal) at 7626.
I got this in a horse trade type deal. I had received a 1986 f250 dually for free that was set up for 12k 5thwheel.
I am the 3rd owner of rv and seen last one just did oil change and owned it for 2 yrs,he had it sitting in a barn used it once ,bought a 5th wheel and the truck was too small to pull right.
the original owners took great care of it ,they were snow birds.
rv was totally rebuilt in 2001 by camper world.
it has newer dometic 9cf fridge newer colman roof ac 13.5k,and trans replaced, awning replaced and roof resealed.gen carb rebuild and tune up.
I have completely went thru front end, upgraded sway-bar bushings and links.all 6 tires are bn with date stamps no more than 2yrs old. ran pex piping throughout .resealed roof edges and anything bolted to roof.rebuilt carb on gen.
I am very lucky to have all the service records and original books for everything in and on rv I would go anywhere with it now as long as it is not windy
