Exclamation Aspect 27K

Thinking about trading my 2012 Coachmen Concord 220 LE for a Winnebago Aspect 27K. My coach doesn't have slide outs and it has a corner bed that's a pain to make. In general need more room. Saw a 2014 Aspect 27K yesterday with 5,700 for $77,800 at a dealer near me here in NC. I know that this units are pricey but can someone out there who have dealt with this units or have bought them shed some light as to whether this is a fair price?

I special ordered a new 2015 30J almost a year ago today. That sounds too high to me. You can find current prices on the net on 2016s and should be able to get 20% discount easily. My guess is that's going to be in the high 80s on that model.

With Winnebagos, you should be able to get 20-27% off list if the new coach is readily available at other dealers. I would figure out what that would be on the coach you are looking at. For your trade, get the NADA low retail off the web and deduct an additional 15 percent to determine wholesale / an approximate trade value. Using that you can get an idea of what the bottom line would be and act accordingly to compensate for the fact that the coach is "used".

Have you checked pricing in NADA or RV Trader?
I'd start there. Btw this is the model I'm leaning towards as well, with the couch.

I had a Itasca 26Q which is almost the same coach. It is a very nice Class C and it is solid with little rattles. I would think you can buy a new one for that price with a new 6 speed transmission. I sold my 2012 with 16K miles on it for $54K.
