Solenoid stays engaged

You are 100% right. I called Intellitec back again regarding the BCC and they basically said the same thing as you. They recommended replacing the circuit board so I've ordered one. I'll let you all know what happens.

Dave, any chance you can take a picture of the new part or scan the paperwork that comes with it. I like to keep those things handy because the issue comes up many times each year.

Thanks

Tried to take a pic of the new circuitboard today befoe installing it, camera batteries were low. I'll try a pic of the old board after charging camera. How do I email it to you? Private? Put the new circuit board in today but it didn't fix the problem. Same as before. I'm not investing anymore time or money in this, I've got too many other things that have a higher priority. Back to installing a switch to shut it off.
Thanks.

You can save the picture onto your desktop then post here in the Go Advanced tab next to the post quick reply and attach the picture. Very helpful to learn. It would be interesting to see if the solenoid is warm when it is dark outside and you are not connected to shoreline. I know I'm beating a dead horse but there could be a tiny panel attached to one of the AC units. If the solenoid cools off at night you must have one.
