We have a 12 volt electric awning and when we press the in and out switch the unit makes a clicking sound but the awning does not open. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

How are your batteries? Awnings are infamous for needing a strong power source.

Does it have a lockout feature like slide outs requiring the emergency brake to be "on"?
