Bigfoot Heated Holding Tanks?

We recently purchased a 2002 Class C Bigfoot. According to the 2002 sales brochure "heated and enclosed holding tanks" are standard, however we can't find anything in the documentation we have that describes how to get this feature working. The previous owners never heated the holding tanks. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.

On most rigs the tanks are surrounded by the heating duct. So when your furnace is on the tanks are being heated. Hope this answers your question.
