Buyer advice

I'm going to look at a used 2003 Gulfstream Ultra tomorrow that has only 8,000 miles. It's owned buy an older couple who use it infrequently. It does need tires and it just got a new roof.
What should I expect from a Gulfstream. $27,500
I have also found a really nice 2005 Winnebago Minnie that is in super condition and has 26,000 miles. Everything works well and it has been used with great care. All records and receipts. $35,000.

Sitting unused is not good. Service records are huge. Why does it have a new roof - was it leaking? If yes, likely latent damage exists.

Not knowing anything else I would highly recommend the Winne. Much more carefully built than any Gulfstream and should give more years of trouble free use. JMHO

Used is used. Be aware of all things. Your best bet is to take along someone who owns one. But than again you never know. My buddy and i thought my
2002 Gulf was great with 38,000 miles. First rain found a major leak in the
cab over and had to replace roof. Good luck and do enjoy.

The 2005 Winnebago Minnie should have a Fiberglass roof which are less maintenance and last a long time.

Another vote for the Minnie Winnie.

I had a Gulf Stream and currently have a Minnie Winnie. The difference in workmanship is light years apart.
