Cabinet Door Struts

Has anyone installed cabinet door struts? What is the difficult factor? Which struts would you recommend? I have a lot of clam shell cabinets and holding up the door when it takes two hands to get somethings out of the cabinet has become a problem. Any help or recommendation would be appreciated.

Here are cabinet struts that are similar to mine and you may find them at Lowe's or Home Depot.
Should have instructions with them.

You can also get them at camping world but the web site 4x4 recommended seems cheaper. I didn't know the were available at Lowes or Home Depot.
