Based on the size of the seat cushions they appear to be about 2' tall if standing on the foot-like short piece?

If that's the case they're not likely much other than a support setup. About the only thing I can think of is something to prop the bed up during storage to prevent it getting musty, or the previous owner had an animal, and the raised bed allowed it to get in & out through the under bed area.

They might have been part of a project that had nothing to do with the RV while the PO was on the road.

(S)he may have just forgotten about them.
